Help with Dual Monitors

Hey ED forums.

 

I have a little bit of a problem with my monitors.

I have my main screen connected by a DVI-D, and my secondary monitor connected by a DVI-I. My primary monitor, is experiencing flickering, or rather, rapid object movements. For example, on the home screen, text, and parts of the wallpaper's pixels seem to "vibrate" constantly. But when I log into DCS 2.0, it ceases.

 

And FYI, I do not want to run DCS on both my monitors because I want flight maps and TS3 open.

 

I may as well mention that when I click on the display that is not playing DCS, DCS minimizes even though there is no other window below it. Help pls?
