How to force an update

I've found myself in the situation where the updater just wont do anything. I had 1.5.1 and 1.5.2 was announced and started the game expecting the auto-updater to do its job but it wont. You start the game again and hope for the updater to ask you whether you want to update and it just wont do anything. You run the updater manually and still no success.

 

Then I found this :

So I did, went into a DOS command window, cd'ed my way through the directories until I was in the BIN one and type the command :

 

DCS_updater.exe update

 

and it worked.

 

I though I'd let you people know.
