Game Crash (Steam Version)

So I have been trying to play DCS world this week (not 2.0) and whenever I go to launch the game, it crashes on me at start up (the black start up box appears and closes really fast). I found forums that have the same issue but the solutions given to the people are way to confusing for me (not that computer savy*) so if someone has a solution that they could give in non-computer skilled terms that would be great.
