AI MiG-21 Problem with the IR Missiles

AI Mig-21's can use their IR missiles as all aspect missiles which is game-breaking when playing scenarios set in 70's or 80's.

 

Will this be fixed?

All AIs do this, not just MiG-21 AIs. Its a stock DCS problem.
