No system damage when landing in water

I made a landing attempt and crashed short of the runway in shallow water with low speed.

 

Not only did the aircraft not suffer any/much damage*, all systems were working, even the engine, even if the aircraft was submerged up to the canopy.

(*possibly the landing gear was broken, didn't notice that.)

 

I was able to use the engine to push the aircraft ashore where it broke against a bridge. :D
