bunraku Posted January 6, 2016 Posted January 6, 2016 Hi Flightschool 101. :) To avoid slippage when turning is it just a case of banking using your stick and applying opposite rudder to the direction of the bank. This means you shouldn't lose height and have to pull up as well as sideways on the stick or am i mistaken?
Shez Posted January 6, 2016 Posted January 6, 2016 Rudder in the direction of the turn not opposite. Pulling back on the stick is required. _:Windows 10 64 Bit, I7 3770 3.4Ghz, 16 Gigs Ram, GTX 960, TM Warthog, Track IR 5 w/Pro Clip:_
chev255 Posted January 7, 2016 Posted January 7, 2016 I used to never bother with coordinated turns in the A-10C, but since I have started using the rudder to keep the ball centered I now have better turn rate and I bleed less speed during turn (and we all know that in the Hog, when you bleed off speed it takes forever to get it back!!)
