Red control conflicts in HOTAS after patch

After the recent patch, I have two red bars in the HOTAS section of controls.

 

They are the "Magic 2 select" (m) and "TDC Down" (k)

 

There was no problem before the patch, everything was working correctly.

 

I've looked in the other threads about a similar problem but nothing really seems to work for me, and leaves it impossible to target anything on the RADAR..

Followed the instructions on http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=158654

However I lost pretty much all keyboard commands so I had to re-bind them all. Took a while but all seems to be working well now :)
