F-15C navigation HUD and Runway texture missing on F10 map

I'm playing DCS 1.5.2 multiplayer on Steam

 

I found whenever I revive in a new F-15, the navigation mode shown in the lower right-hand corner in the HUD would always be ILS instead of waypoints number, no matter how many times I change the mode. This happens only when I revive, everything's alright when I fresh start in the server.

 

and it seems some airports has missing runway and taxiway texture when view in map. What can be seen is grass over the runways and taxiway instead

Yes this is a known issue.. what you need to do each time you die is to switch plane slots and your nav will work. It's a bit of a pain in the rear but it is manageable.

 

By the way, the grass over taxiways etc is reflecting on what it is like in real life.. Russia doesn't spend the money in terms of upkeep compared to the western world.
