"Ground" adjustable Aileron and Rudder trim tabs

In the latest versions of 1.5 it became possible to set in the aircraft Setup the trim tabs for rudder and aileron.

 

I am almost sure this has been asked before, but couldn't find the thread in the forums, so I am asking again - sorry... :-/

 

What is supposed to happen if we don't touch the slider ? Does it mean it remains in "0" or in the predefined position set in the Fw190 and Bf109 modules, and, if this is the case, what is the value of that predefined setting for rudder and aileron on each of tese modules ?
