Can't look around with mouse anymore. (not ctrl+c)

Hey guys,

 

I usded notrackir to test it out which worked ok. I noticed that I cant use my mouse anymore to look around? I didnt change the bindings of the mouse axies... tried to rebind them still no effect..

 

Does anybody has an idea how to fix that?
