Good processor, should see no problem in DCS with it. Depending on when you want to get this PC, you could hold off a couple of months and see what Nvidia release mid year. As I said, the 970 is approaching the end of its life.

 

I don't think I'll have the patience to wait a few months but I'm actually waiting to see what happens with my work at the moment as I could be based somewhere else and then I might have no choice but to wait a while. Either way I want to have my PC specs ready so that once all is clear I can just order it straight away!

Seasonic manufacture their own PSUs.

Long time PSU manufacturer, all of their products are very good, one of the few OEM's to still make quality low-mid power units. Seasonic units are generally quiet, high quality and good value. http://whirlpool.net.au/wiki/psu_manufacturers
