My com switch stopped working. So I pulled it apart and got out one of the buttons so I could measure it and start the hunt for a replacement.

Put the new switches in. All is working fine for a few days.

But now I have a new problem. I get the "not recognized" message. Or it starts up but the mini stick isn't working.

I unplug the controller. Plug it back in and wait for the driver to load. Then I can load a profile fine. Then I have to open the CCP and make sure the toe brake is swapped out for the micro stick. Hit Apply and it all works. BUT if I try to reload a profile i get the error again and have to start all over.

WTH!

I took the throttle apart again and couldn't find any loose or pinched wires.

I'm at a loss of what to do at this point.

I may have figured it out. The pot throttle pot was going. I want to switch it over to hall sensor but just haven't taken the time to work out how yet. Cleaned a pot removed from stick when I upgraded it to hall sensor. Swapped it out and so far so good.

Maybe that dirty pot was sending an erratic signal at boot up and messing the whole thing up?

Here are the buttons I got to replace the ones in the Comms switch.
