Time on Target

I recall, when flying Falcon 4, there was a clock timer which let you know whether you were on time, late, or early in arriving at your waypoint. Can this information be ascertained, with the DCS F-15, and with a relative degree of accuracy?

I am not aware of anything else than ETA estimation for a given waypoints. Although there is a way to set the Time of arrival you wanted for AIs, I'm quite sure it has no effect on players.
