No ability to switch Fuel Display Selector ?

So I was looking through manual and searching but couldn't find it.

 

Just making sure I didn't miss something, as it may have been added, I'm quite new, basically only played Su-25T and only got FC3 some time after World 1.5 got out.

 

I know A-10A isn't covered, because A-10C is fully and deep functional, but I thought this was simple enough.

 

So, the display gauges won't move until all the external fuel tanks are depleted?
