no pop-up maneuver for mod A2A missile

I made the AIM-54C ECCM/Sealed for my mod.

 

but this missile does not pop-up to high-alt, just got straight course to target.

 

any range, any speed, any altitude... it does not pop-up.

 

the only difference with original AIM-54C, was added ccm_k0.

 

 

 

 

 

so I delete added ccm_k0.

 

now, it is exactly the same as original AIM-54C.

 

and... it still does not pop-up!

 

there is no difference between two missiles.

 

but original missile can, but mod missile can not.

 

Why!

 

Can someone who knows about this?
