Has missile performance been degraded after last update?

After the latest patch, I've noticed that the missiles are noticeably "less accurate" than they used to be. At first I thought that it was due to my own lack of ability :lol: but then talking to other users in the 104th TS I've realized that the problem affects not only me, but plenty of people out there. I always fly the Flanker, and I DO know that the russian missiles are somewhat less reliable than american ones, but this is happening to the whole array of air to air weapons. Has anybody noticed something similar about it?

I've even found dud missiles in the best of environments (optimal R-max, rear aspect IR engagements, etc)
