That's an easy question as "Kent" is just across the River Thames from Essex where I live now. Also Kent is where most V-1 flying bombs (the forerunner of cruise missiles) ended up.

BRD, correct answer. Someone tried to tell me that the Kh-65 was named after Superman's earthly moniker, which I didn't believe for a minute.
