Can not get the SA342 in the air

I can't find the throtle so I can get off and get airborne.

Also i can't find the throtle under keyboard and joystick controls.

My joystick is a Logitech Extreme 3D Pro

 

Hope someone can help me so I can get in the air

No direct throttle in a helicopter, put fuel flow lever to full and use collective (assign this to your joysticks throttle control).
