Flagrum Posted May 6, 2016 Posted May 6, 2016 With todays OpenBeta update to 1.5.3.52724.74 I noticed something ... I wasn't expecting. First, I uninstalled (JSGME) my mods. Then, just to be sure, I ran a Repair. I was not really expecting that the autoupdater copied ~1GB from the OpenAlpha install and then downloaded some additional 500MB. After that, I ran the update. Curious now, I ran Repair on my release version install - which I haven't touched at all since last update. And the autoupdater repaired this as well. According to the autoupdater logs, the Hawk was copied from OpenAlpha and updated from the ED servers. So, a module can be newer than it was originally when it was updated together with DCS World, it seems. And to get such an "ninja update", one has to run a Repair. At first glance, this, while not really intuitive, is good news. I think. But I wonder if this behaviour is really intended ... c0ff?
