Misaligned detail texture

Hi guys, I've been re texturing an F15 and been having troubles with the left wing in particular. It seems like the template is slightly misaligned with the model, resulting in textures in strange places.

Look at the edge of the wing tip to see what i mean, also directly under the wing are some textures that shouldn't be there.
