I've been watching youtube videos of the Mirage, and I've seen people doing this with the radar quite often. I can see the obvious advantage of it, but I can't for the life of me work out how to do it - I've looked through all the keybinds and done some light googling, but haven't had any luck.

Is this something that was removed from the Radar, or if it's still possible, how do you do it?

What is "this"?

The Radar being at an angle to the left instead of straight. Apologies if that wasn't clear.

Ok, what you are looking for is Radar Azimuth MIDDLE, NARROW or WIDE (respectively 30°, 15° and 60°).

Narrow and middle will allow you to move the scan zone (by moving the TDC), 60° uses full coverage so it's not possible to adjust it (it's the default mode).

I don't know what are the default key but it's easy to find in controls.

In the cockpit, the switch is on the radar panel, on the left side, it is labeled "BALAYAGE" (=sweep) and "60, 30, 15".

Ok, that's useful. Thanks very much.
