Camera Transpose Mode is unusable with 2 monitors

In case of the second monitor not used in DCS.

Click can easily cause exit from game, causing a task switch. :cry:

Should have key and joystick bindings for it.

Please include center mouse down replacement for "UI Layer" category.

right ctrl+right shift + numpad arrows or "/" or "*" is not as handy as mouse.

(Remember mouse click can cause task switch.)

from "now" the mouse pointer unbale to exit to my other monitor.
