Can't Activate Serial

I recently got SA342 Gazelle from a friend, and he sent me the key. i put it into License Checker, and it says it isn't linked, but i can't activate it. What should i do?

If it isn't linked you won't be able to activate it. Your friend needs to bind it to your account on the ED website via the license check.
