[All Planes] Trim Settings: Value per Input

While flying yesterday (Hog), it occured to me that i felt the Trim settings of the plane were rather steep.

 

One click NoseUp would greatly affect the plane's pitch angle.

 

I was wondering if there was a way to reduce the TrimValue per "click" on planes?

 

Example: if 1 click= 1 degree trim, i'd like to be able to set it to 1/2 degree trim.
