SU25A speed break problem

In the game ,the speed break of the SU25A has three key conmbined to ctrol it, B and LCTRL+B and LSHIFT+B, That I remeber before ,LCTRL+B and LSHIFT+B can control the open or close degrees of the speed break of the SU25A,but now they are all full open and full close,why?

Probably done to better reflect reality - maybe the speedbrake on the Su-25A can only be open or closed rather than being variable.
