Windows 10 Virtual Monitor

Hi!

 

Has anyone found a way to add virtual monitor to windows 10 so I would be able to move MFD's there and use it on Ipad (iControl DCS) without having them on main screen?

 

I had it set up on win7, but can't do it on win10.
