Cannot bind Throttle Start/Stop

EDIT: Maybe this Start/Stop is not really necessary, I could bind the separate Start and Stop, should be good enough for now. :)

I just installed the F-86, and proceeded to configure the control settings.

 

The "Throttle Start/Stop" which allows to start the engine cannot be bound no any key!?

 

The line is dark in the settings, and I cannot click on the cell to assign the key, nor to my joystick, which wouldn't be convenient anyway since I'm using all the other buttons. Other settings are not dark but grey, and I can click on them to assign the other controls.

 

It's the same bug we had at the beginning on the L-39 when it went out on early release, but AFAIK there was no work-around until it was fixed.

 

It's DCS v1.5.4.56500.155.
