Im planning to buy a new graphic card GTX980TI or GTX1070OC, but I cant decide which one would fit better to my below mention components.

 

Windows 10 Pro

Asus Rampage IV

I7 4930K (4.2 Ghz)

DDR 32GB at 2400Mhz

GTX970

 

I really would appreciate a hint
