how to complete mission 1 ?

I started engine, taxied to runway (radio confirmed i'm ready to take off), took off (radio confirmed i'm ok), passed 1,2,3,4 checkpoints on altitude 1000ft with radio confirmation on each of them.

Then landed (radio confirmed successful landing), then taxied to my parking place and turned off engine.

After that, mission failed with score 50 of 100.

 

What have I done wrong ?

Actually, You should not land after first pattern pass. Just touch down, roll and after confirmation from Big Boss (Maslov) take off again.
