Doubt with the dimensions of the ARU-2 B / A

It turns out that I am working on the design of an ADI for my cockpit but due to my level of English I can not understand very well the dimensions of the instrument that indicates the pdf file.

 

 

First paragraph: I do not understand what the "zero-bank" is and I do not understand what the 0.687in measure means, nor 1,906 in

 

Second paragraph - "Dial Masks": How deep does it refer to 0.250in?

 

 

Could someone clarify the measures that I must take in the lateral image of the instrument? They are indicated with red lines.
