i control virtual cockpit server

Hi.

I have just down loaded the virtual cockpit server for my ipad, I have set it up correctly and if you have it you will know what I mean, I have all the boxes ticked in green, I then run DCS but it does not work, none of the modules work on the ipad, the CDU wont light up even though the ipad says connected, can anyone help me please, or does anyone know how I can contact support for this app.
