F-15 Flight controls not working in DCS 2.0

Hello,

 

For some reason my F-15C flight controls do not work in DCS 2.0 via my joystick.

 

The flight controls work for ALL other aircraft in 2.0 via my joystick.

 

The F-15C flight controls do work in DCS version 1.5 via my joystick.

 

 

I have reinstalled the both DCS and FC3 however this has not yielded any help...
