setting up dedicated server

hi all,

 

Have 2 questions.

 

1. What is the way to disconnect pilots from the server if they dont connect to SR within a given time.

2. And how can i send messages direct so they see it (like a message in game (message to unit)) not in chat. I got SLmod installed but it has not the feature
