Cursor Trouble

[LocoCoco]

I am trying to figure out a good setting for the cursor on the A10a.

I have the CH Fighterstick and Pro Throttle.

Tried several setting and nothing works well when it hits the fan.

I mean it seems good and then when I get into action it becomes slow as maple syrup.

Anyone wish to share their correct setting with a noob?
