Server Options?

Hey, does anyone know of some good servers that are North America based or even Britain based? That I can fly the Spit multiplayer? I have flown on Burning Skies but the lag has been so bad that it's unplayable for me. I was on earlier today and got on a 109's six. He was darting across the screen from lag. I couldn't put bullets on him at all. Very annoying!!!
