Dimensions Normandy via Torrent or HTTP , is correct??

I noticed a remarkable inconsistency in the size of Normandy 1944:

 

Download Torrent: 4416.9 MB

 

Download HTTP: 10104.8 MB

 

Why? is correct?

The torrent file is actually compressed, IIRC.
