Force external/internal lights ?

Hi,

How can I force planes in a mission to spawn with all their external and formation light on, also the internal cockpit lights?

 

The mission begins at dusk at low level , so it's bright enough to fly but too dark in the cockpit,

also the external light adds to the beauty of the formation...
