SnapRoll Posted July 3, 2017 Posted July 3, 2017 After reading the fantastic documentation from AlphaOneSix about the hydraulic system (https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=152670&highlight=works), I would have assumed the backup system’s charge and discharge cycles of the hydraulic accumulator are twice as fast as the main ones, since there is only one accumulator instead of two (less volume). Both systems have the same oscillation frequency in the simulation when sitting on the ground ready for take off. Obviously I have no idea if all models of the Mi-8 have two primary hydraulic accumulators.
