Entering and Saving INS Coordinates

Hi Team,

 

I’m hoping to get some advice on adding Way Points into INS Computer when in flight. I have no problems entering the Northern Coordinates fine; however, every time I try and enter the Eastern coordinates they reset to zero when I select INS.

 

Whilst I’ve been watching the YouTube tutorials and reading the manual, I cannot figure this out.

 

Any advice offered would be sincerely appreciated.

Fisrt thing that comes to my mind is: have you entered a leading 0 for the coordinate ? The INS requires that you input 7 digits for the east coordinate, but 6 for the north coordinate, so for example, N 42 23 52, E 041 43 25.

Thanks Robin_Hood, I was missing the additional zero. Works perfect now.
