MPK Posted August 31, 2017 Posted August 31, 2017 I few months ago I purchased the F-15C module and discovered that it has a very irritating feature: the cockpit wobbles all over the screen when the aircraft manoeuvres. Disabling the "Head Movement with G Forces" option tones down this effect, but does not completely eliminate it, especially the side to side wobbling when the aircraft bank angle changes. I have searched and searched for a way to eliminate this annoying "feature", and apparently I am not the only one: https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=170011 https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=123174 Unfortunately this irritating effect seems to be hard coded. I spent around 1.5 hours in the F-15C before I couldn't take it anymore. I have no desire to ever fly it again, nor to buy any module that has this "feature" hard coded into it. I have gone back to Falcon BMS that doesn't have this annoying problem. I understand why "head movement with G forces" was added to the sim, but cannot understand why Eagle Dynamics would not allow it to be disabled completely for those of us that are affected negatively by it. I had previously purchased the Su-27, and although this module also has this irritating feature (that honestly turned me off the game at the time), it is nowhere near as a bad as the F-15C. This tells me that it is not something hard coded into the engine itself, but something that is plane specific. Therefore, my request for heatblur crew: I am really looking forward to flying a virtual tomcat, but please, please, PLEASE give up a way to completely disable this irritating, nauseating camera movement within the cockpit. I need you to simulate the F-14 because I don't have one of those ... I don't need you to simulate my spine ... I am all set in that department :) I bring this up now because your latest "F-14 Flight Model Episode 1" video seems to have much of the same effect. Thank you in advance.
shonist Posted August 31, 2017 Posted August 31, 2017 tried Lcontrol+F1? never felt this symptoms before... btw if u use some head tracking solution (wich i would recommend a lot) the camera will follow your movements and anything else, even enabling this "head movement with G forces" would matter. pretty sure in the f14 there was trackir in use.
