Su-33 came without waypoints with Twice ALT+B after a crash in MP

Get a new plane through briefing cause NAV waypoints to loose in MP after plane crashed or exploded.

This unhandled more than one year multiplayer bug needs to fix.

This behaviour is inherited from SU-25T and other FC3 planes.
