Crash on launch (SpaceRenderer.dll)

I just reset windows. Repaired and updated DCS world after that. Now whenever I launch DCS, it crashes during the splash screen.

Have tried the following already:

- cleanup + repair

- dxwebsetup

- graphics driver up to date

- removed old DCS folder in saved games

- installed VC++ 2010,2013,2015,2017
