Why does Tunngle sometimes work and sometimes not work for hosting?

I can't port forward in my current situation. I use tunngle because I can't port forward. Before the recent update for 1.5 and 2.1 I could host a server using tunngle that my friends could join using tunngle. Once the update came out tunngle stopped working for DCS. DCS just says server unavailable when my friends try to join my server.

 

Does anyone that uses tunngle understand what is going on here?
