Updater keeps seeing that I have 1.5.8 installed after 2.5 update

As per the title, I've downloaded the 2.5 updated multiple times and any time I launch it asks me if I want to update to 2.5 from 1.5.8 with another 13GB download.

 

Is this a symptom of the 2.2 uninstaller failing to run or something? Getting tired of wasting data.
