Hangar doors not opening

I've had this error at both Vaziani and Kutaisi. It effects both players as well as AI. Discovered on mission 6 of the Mirage Campaign. It also seems that the hangar doesn't appear until start mission is pressed.

 

FYI ran the mission again and the offending hangar is parking spot 34 at Vaziani. Not seen any other posts about this. Has it been reported elsewhere??
