X52 Throttle Force Screw damaged

Hi out there!

 

I have bought an X52 some months ago, but something is already damaged:

The Screw controlling the force of the Throttle:

 

If i pull it out, into + Direction, this component "jumps out":

Then it looks like this:

 

So its not possible to set a high force for the throttle. I already tried to attach it with glue (thats why its so dirty), but it was still not fixed.

 

Has anyone had this probleme before or does anyone know how to solve it?

 

I really don't know what to do, i can only fly with 0 force, its nearly impossible to control throttle this way. I always had very much force, like the real throttles, i think it was to much for this little screw....
