Su-27 and Su-33 Right Tail Navigation Lights not working

The Su-33 and Su-27 from FC3 don't have their right tail navigation light working, but I'm not sure if it's suppose to be that way or maybe that light it used for something else like refueling, can't even get daytime refueling right yet, let alone nighttime.

 

It looks like the light is present on the model, just not turning on.

 

These aircraft spawn without them on, so you have to do it manually. Different from A-10C for example.

Oops, I think the tails are different ... so no double tail navigation lights I guess, I'm eager to find out the reasoning behind this, but I'm no engineer or pilot.
