notg Posted March 24, 2018 Share Posted March 24, 2018 When i first updated to 2.5 there was the typical GAU8 impact noise (we all know the noise i mean:D) but recently its stopped playing and only plays the generic bullet impact sound. I had this problem in 1.5 also. I have checked the file system and the only GAU8 Impact sound file is nothing like when it was first updated. Since discovering the problem i have reinstalled on another SSD (not enough space) however this did not fix the issue so i dont think it is a corruption problem.
