Russia was a teacher of China, but now the Chinese have made some progress for Russia to learn

Russia has just announced the Kh-47M2 missile, which is a variant of the Iskander, but that is not new, China previously had the CM-400AKG is a version of the SY-400 (equivalent to Iskander)

The Russian sold out to China Su-27, however, China improved it with the J-11, the J-11B had advantages over the basic Su-27s such as reduced RCS, new technologics (Radar, HUD, HOTAS, avionics, sensor....). Russia was studied the china's concept. They has Su-27SM2, Su-35 also the same purpose

Except that while they look similar, the missiles of the CM-400AKG is supersonic with a range of 280km, while the Kh-47M2 is (advertised as) hypersonic and has a range of 2000km...

Did you mean the DF-17 ?

I think the Chinese are really starting to come into their own as developers of advanced technology, but I think you're drawing a long bow...

Su-27SM2 is the same as Su-27SM, only new airframes not refurbished.

Su-27SM flew 2004, China confirmed the existence of the J-11B in 2007

Saying that the Russians are copying the Chinese because they are updating their models at the same time as the Chinese are is like saying that Alpha Romeo are copying General Motors because every year that GM release new models so do A.R. Every nation in the world that is developing combat aircraft is upgrading the sensors, manoeuvrability and reducing the radar cross section of their aircraft. Are they all copying China?

This is a new UAV of Russian "Orion" it same UAV Wing Loong of China

Yes, they definitely both have high aspect wings.

Personally I'd say the CAIG Wing Loong looks more like this MQ-9 than the Orion looks like the Wing Loon:
