Cargo Detaches mid flight

Ok so i am doing the mission where i have to carry 4 cargos between two locations. i carried the 1st cargo which was an oil tank and everything went fine, while carrying the second cargo it detached mid air... i was flying straight without any wild maneuvers.. what did i do wrong? or is it a bug?

Should be a bug not related to an actual campaign.

You could try in a new mission with same cargo and weather conditions.
